You do not need to spend hours doing it since you only need 30 minutes several days a week. Here are some ways to be active at home, with your kids, and at work.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>At Home:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do handyman tasks such as gardening, raking the leaves, or shoveling snow.
